Lauren Cecilia Picciallo graduated from Rutgers University in New Brunswick with a degree in Social Work and Psychology in 2014. Upon graduation from Rutgers University, Lauren entered Penn State, the Dickinson School of Law, graduating in May 2017. There, Lauren gained experience in Immigration Law at the Center for Immigrants Rights' Clinic, in which she participated over three semesters, as Clinical Advocate, Advanced Clinical Advocate and Research Assistant. After law school, Lauren began a clerkship with the Honorable Stephen J. Taylor, the Presiding Criminal Judge of Morris County, where she experienced a preview into criminal motion practice and law. In 2018, Lauren began working at an immigration law firm where she practiced removal defense. In August 2020 Lauren joined DeCosmo & Rolón as an associate attorney.
